3. Service Usage Terms

3.1. Age Limit

Payments are received in the specified currencies and through secure payment infrastructures.

Campaigns, scholarships, and discounts are entirely at the CONTRACTOR's discretion.

Sales of digital products and training are considered immediate delivery, and return conditions apply according to the relevant document.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content (text, video, training documents, exam questions, software codes, designs, graphics, and brand assets) is copyrighted by the CONTRACTOR.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, screenshotting, and distribution are strictly prohibited. In case of infringement, all material and non-material damages will be recouped from the user.

6. Limitations of Liability
The CONTRACTOR cannot be held responsible for:

Investments, decisions, results, gains, or losses arising from the applications

Visa processes, decisions of official authorities

Performance of third-party service providers

Interruptions, maintenance, technical malfunctions

Problems arising from user error
