At the heart of our Corporate Partner and Sales Consultant Program is the Training Center, which aims to provide sector-focused expertise and practical skills. Our goal is to transform our business partners into professionals who not only can make sales, but also fully understand the services they represent and can guide customers correctly.

📌 Purpose of the Training Center
Our Training Center aims for each sales consultant to deeply learn the content of their services, to transfer accurate information, to adhere to ethical sales standards, and to ensure high customer satisfaction.

All training provided in this center is designed to help sales consultants reach a more equipped, reliable, and professional level.

📚 How Does the Training Process Work?
The following process is standard for all sales consultants:

1. Registration & Account Creation
The sales consultant candidate first fills out the registration form and creates an application file.
After the application is approved, a personalized training panel is opened, and access to all training content is provided.

2. Basic Sales Training (Mandatory)
Every candidate must complete the Basic Sales Training before starting the program.

Customer Needs Analysis

You cannot take any exam related to any service without completing this training.

3. Service-Based Training Modules
There is a separate training module for each service:

Poland Work Visa Training Module

Crypto Technician Group Membership Training Module

AI Assistant Sales Module

Each module is prepared in the following format:

Examples from real customer conversations

The consultant is eligible to take the exam for the relevant section upon completion of the module.

4. Online Exam System
15-20 question assessment tests are administered for each section. The success rate in the exams must be 70% or higher.

Consultants who pass the exam gain sales authorization for the relevant service.

Candidates who fail the exam can retake it for a fee of 300 TL.

Even if sales are made for that service before passing the module exam, no commission will be earned.

5. Certification
A Digital Certificate is uploaded to the consultant's panel for each successful module.
Consultants can add it to their portfolio and build trust with clients.

6. Continuous Training and Updates
Our system is dynamically updated. Regularly, for new regulations, opportunities, campaigns, and sales strategies:
