Contractor: Evoris AI Technology and Consulting
User / Customer: A natural person who visits the Platform, communicates, purchases services, participates in trainings, or fills out any form.

Platform: All websites, software, training and examination systems, CRM and communication channels offered by the Contractor.

The platform cannot be used by persons under the age of 18. The User is solely responsible for any false statements.
7. DATA RETENTION PERIODS

during the contract period,
for a maximum of 10 years after the service ends.
Data will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized once the storage period expires.
8. USER RIGHTS
Under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the user has the following rights:
